The Progress Group has enjoyed remarkable stability since its inception in 1991. Two Founding Partners are still active in the organization. The next most senior members are entering their thirteenth year in TPG, and our average tenure is over ten years. Not bad, when the career life span in consulting is a lot like that of an NFL lineman.
When people do move on from TPG, it's typically to bigger and better things, and we like to believe that their time with us had helped to prepare them for the next stages of their professional lives. We are proud of our alumni, and how they've succeeded.
